Caroline Willoughby is an Associate Wealth Advisor at the Hess Segal Group, LLC, where she focuses on financial planning and enhancing the client experience. Caroline has recently graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama, where she double majored in Finance and Economics. During her time at UA, she was inducted into the Financial Management National Honors Society and Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. Caroline is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation to provide clients with a higher standard of wealth management.

Her passion for wealth advisory began as an active member of the UA Financial Planning club, an organization dedicated to equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed for a career in fiduciary financial planning. She was also involved in 100 Women in Finance and The American Association of Individual Investors. Following graduation, Caroline will continue her role as a FinServ Foundation Fellow. The fellowship is a competitive, 2-year training program offering mentorship, professional development initiatives, and educational opportunities to emerging financial advisors.

Caroline is committed to serving others in both local communities and internationally. She recently spent 6 months volunteering with Youth With A Mission in the Pacific Islands helping with medical clinics, children’s ministry, and health education in Papua New Guinea. Caroline is also an active member of Mount Paran North Church. Through her career, she wants to make an impact by helping clients turn their financial goals into reality.
